Returns:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, undamaged prints.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the print arrived damaged or defective.
Exchanges:
- If you’d like to exchange for a different print, contact me within 14 days. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Damaged in Transit:
- If your print arrives damaged, please email me with a photo of the damage within 7 days of delivery. I will send a replacement at no cost.

Non-Refundable:
- Custom pieces are made just for you and cannot be returned or refunded.
Approval Process:
- I will share progress photos for approval before finalizing the artwork. This helps ensure you’re happy with the result.
Damage in Transit:
- If a commissioned piece is damaged during shipping, I will work with you to repair or replace it when possible.

Refunds (when applicable) will be processed once the item is received back in original condition.
Please keep all packaging until you are sure you’re satisfied, as it helps ensure safe returns if needed.
